K-Packet isn't used in large volumes, so it is not shipped every day. We collect several and process them together, so there can be up to 5 business days of waiting before intake. (The post office doesn't come for pickup for a single K-Packet.)
However, if there is an EMS shipment on the same day, your K-Packet goes out that day too.
Frequently Asked Questions
QWhat is K-Packet?▼
A special international postal service for small, light items and gifts. It works like a parcel but is handled as a type of ordinary mail under certain conditions for simpler processing.
It is not recommended for high-value items. Please use it for items under about KRW 50,000.
QHow long does delivery take?▼
It varies greatly by country — from about 7 business days to 30 days.
The U.S. (most commonly used) usually arrives in about 10 days. (It may take longer in peak seasons.) Africa, the Middle East and Russia can take up to 60 days.
DahaeDream is not responsible for delayed arrival.
QIs there a tracking number?▼
Yes, a tracking number is provided. You can check it on the Korea Post website, and once the item reaches the destination country, on the local postal website too.
Some countries/regions do not provide detailed information. In the U.S., detailed delivery status is available in most states.

QAre there any limits?▼
Weight up to 2kg. (500g for Myanmar & Papua New Guinea)
Size: the longest side must be within 60cm, and after packing, length + girth (girth = 2 × the sum of the two shorter sides) must not exceed 90cm. (minimum size 14 × 9cm)
IMPORTANTImportant note about loss
Unlike EMS (hand-delivered by ringing the bell), K-Packet is delivered into the mailbox. Rarely, loss can occur in the following cases:
- Loss after delivery — lost after being placed in the mailbox. Please consider carefully if your mailbox is in an exposed location.
- Loss in transit — occurring during delivery at the overseas local post office.
The post office does not compensate for K-Packet loss, and DahaeDream is likewise not responsible. For high-value items, we recommend EMS.
In our experience, the loss rate is about 1% (1 in 100). Please keep this in mind when using it.
