1 Order (purchasing) schedule
✓For buying-service requests, we purchase within 1 business day of your request.
✓Your Dream Cash must be topped up to cover the product amount before the order can start.

📦 Packing schedule
Buying service — packed within 2 business days after the item arrives
Package forwarding — packed within 3 business days after the item arrives
2 Intake check (verifying items arrived at DahaeDream)
✓Parcels arrive from morning to evening. (Depending on volume, some arrive as late as 7 PM.)
✓We complete the intake check by the next business day.
✓Items arriving on Friday / Saturday are checked and verified on Monday.
3 Payment confirmation & shipping schedule
✓Once items arrive and are packed, we weigh them and bill the exact shipping and service fees.
✓If payment / Dream Cash top-up is confirmed before 7 AM KST, we ship the same day; if confirmed later, it ships the next day.
4 Tracking number update & delivery email
✓We update the tracking number and send a notification email from the same day up to the next day after dispatch.
