[Important Notices on Customs Duties & Taxes for EMS Premium] 1. US Tariff Policy Type: Anti-Forced Labor Tariff Effective Period: July 24, 2026 ~ Present Tariff Rate: 12.5% (MFN + Section 301 Tariff = 12.5%) 2. EU VAT Policy Mandatory Product Identifiers: For B2C shipments with a total item value of 150 EUR or less, all three types of Product Identifiers (PIDs) must be provided for each item: M-PID (Manufacturer Internal Model Number) NS-PID (Supplier Model Number) S-PID (Barcode / EAN Number) (※ If you are using a custom commercial invoice, these details must be explicitly written on the invoice.) UHF (Union Handling Fee): Effective November 1, 2026, an additional fee of 2 EUR per item will be applied to all B2C shipments, regardless of the item's declared value. (※ B2B shipments where the recipient is VAT-registered in the destination country are generally exempt from the UHF.) 3. General Customs Duties Notice Customs duties and taxes for EMS Premium shipments are assessed directly by the destination country's customs office. Therefore, please understand that DahaeDream cannot inform you of the exact amount in advance. Even when shipments are sent under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms—where the recipient is responsible for duties—unpaid charges may be billed back to the sender if the recipient is unreachable, refuses payment, requests a return, or fails to pay within 60 days. Please ensure the recipient is aware of potential duties and taxes prior to dispatch. [Important Guidelines when Requesting EMS Premium] Prohibited Items: Shipping of food items, tobacco, and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited. Pre-shipment Verification: Please check the prohibited items list for your destination country prior to requesting shipment. (※ If a shipment is returned due to containing prohibited items, all associated fees—including return shipping, customs duties/taxes, storage fees, and inspection fees—will be charged to the sender/customer.) Contact Information: Accurate email addresses and phone numbers for both sender and recipient are mandatory for customs clearance and duty notification purposes. Company Names: If the sender or recipient has a company name, please prioritize listing the company name.
